3 possible options:

--he is the poor player who got taken advantage of
--the scammer is talking to us thru his acct
--he, himself, is a scammer

I asked him to post here on our private forums, but has not as of yet.

So everyone, please be cautious dealing with him.

We banned him, as he got too weird, and our spidey sense was all a-tingling.
